With my Swedish Massage therapy, patients receive a relaxing full body massage which may include a variety of massage strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve circulation. Swedish may also include range of motion stretching. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, and greater flexibility.

With my Deep Tissue Massage therapy, patients claim to feel relaxed and renewed after each session. This is a deeper higher pressure massage designed to relieve sore and painful muscles. The deep tissue massage focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles, tendons, and fascia. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
